“The Concentration and Complexity of a Premier Cru”

Clos Marey Monge 2015

Score: 4 / 5

As part of his annual Burgundy Special Report, the award-winning Master of Wine Tim Atkin threw a bright spotlight on our exceptional 2015 vintage of Clos Marey-Monge Monopole. It goes without saying, it was an exceptional review.

This is what Tim wrote about Clos Marey Monge 2015:

“A change of ownership and new investment are working wonders at this historic Pommard property. This monopoly holding is only a village wine, but has the concentration and complexity of a Premier Cru. Spicy, aromatic and well balanced, with floral, bramble and blueberry sweetness, fine oak integration and just a hint of grippy tannin on the finish.”

Thanks Tim!
