With the recent conversion to organic and biodynamic viticulture, Château de Pommard and Famille Carabello-Baum’s wines have caught the attention of select hotels, restaurants, and wine bars across France. Today, the wines are available in Paris at Plaza-Athénée, The Ritz Paris, Pierre Gagnaire, Le Meurice, Pierre Sang, for example. Benoit will be in charge of strengthening and broadening the existing strategy internationally with his team.

“Since 1726, Château de Pommard has been a true Burgundy icon. I am grateful to have the privilege of leading the On-Trade business and showcasing, around the world, our more than 25 cuvées from the appellations of Burgundy,” Benoit Daury, On-Trade Sales Director

Before joining the Famille Carabello-Baum team, Benoit spent more than 11 years between Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore where he worked with the most prominent wine players in the region including LVMH-Moët Hennessy Diageo, and ASC Fine Wines. He developed business with accounts for major companies, but also for family-owned estates as well. During his various experiences in Wine and Spirits, he worked in both sales and marketing sides, which enables him to have a global comprehension of developing the wine market around the world.
