It’s official! Our brand new Tasting Room is now open for everyone to enjoy! We’re ready to serve our fine wines, good times and great views, from a paradise purpose-built to be a place where you can disconnect from the world and dream… about your next glass of wine!
To celebrate the opening of this spacious and comfortable Tasting Location – and because we like to boast about our gorgeous surroundings – who wouldn’t when it’s this good – we would like to invite you, our partners-in-wine, and your friends, to come and drink it in for yourself on Tuesday 20th June. Consider this the only invitation you need!
Behind the Curtains: Our Tasting Room is divided into two rooms, just in case people start to play the piano too loudly!

Location: Tasting Room at Château de Pommard, Pommard
During the evening, guests, partners and loved ones will be treated to complementary wine tastings from our extensive, but exclusive, selection of both our Clos and Family wines, as well as local treats, canapés and delicacies, from our friends and nearby neighbors. Emmanuel Sala, our winemaker, will no doubt make a toast and slip in one or two of his “legendary” jokes.

In years to come we will remember Tuesday 20th June 2017 as the day that Burgundy got the Tasting Room it deserves. The social hub not only of Pommard, but the whole of the Côte d’Or.
With a baby grand piano, available to play to any one who can play, relaxing sofas and, of course, more delectable wines than you can imagine, the Tasting Room Opening Night will be a relaxed affair – the only items you’re required to bring is sparkling conversation.

The Opening Night will also throw a bright spotlight on our new six new Wine Experiences. Each one tailor made for every type of Burgundy lover. We’re so proud of them we can’t wait to show them off.
