Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1936, c&#8217;est la plus grande AOC de la r\u00e9gion, produisant des vins caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par une robe profonde, une structure ample et des ar\u00f4mes de cerise, d&#8217;\u00e9pices et terreux. Riches et complexes, ces vins sont particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s des amateurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">En revanche, les vins blancs de Mercurey restent bien plus confidentiels, repr\u00e9sentant environ 15% de la surface viticole. \u00c9labor\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de Chardonnay, ces vins sont rares et encore peu connus. Leur production limit\u00e9e, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une belle min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 et une fra\u00eecheur marqu\u00e9e par le terroir, leur conf\u00e8re une personnalit\u00e9 unique.
