Now Famille Carabello-Baum has the honor of guiding the estate forward into the future.

Viticulture and winemaking wisdom guide the Famille Carabello-Baum's expression of Burgundy terroir from the clay-limestone rich soils of Clos Marey-Monge. The family distills the now UNESCO-protected climats of Clos Marey-Monge into three estate wines – Vivant Micault, Clos Marey-Monge Monopole and Simone. Famille Carabello-Baum also produce Grand Cru, Premier Cru, Village and Bourgogne wines from AOCs across Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune.
Château de Pommard is one of the most iconic and most popular wine estates in Burgundy. The Carabello-Baum family’s range of immersive Wine Experiences tailored for novices, intermediates and seasoned wine enthusiasts are educational, entertaining and offer unique insights into the wonderful world of wine. Tastings at the Château
We regularly invite wine professionals to Château de Pommard for tastings of our current product portfolio and future vintages. Visiting with our team is the best way to appreciate our expressions of Burgundy terroir. From August through to the end of September we are busy with the Vendanges. We are closed the last three weeks of January each year. During the remainder of the year we are happy to taste with you.
