On June 22nd, we are partnering with Tokyo Wine Events to organize our very first wine dinner in Tokyo thanks to Philippe.

Originally from Brittany, he is now living for fifteen years in Tokyo, fascinated by the art of pairing food with wine and by offering exceptional educational wine experience to his customers, we both look forward to sharing this very special night with you!

Come and experience a four-course tasting menu crafted exclusively for Château de Pommard iconic’s wines along with a historic journey into Burgundy’s amazing terroir, savoir-faire, values, and history at Tableaux, Daikanyama, Tokyo’s most stylish European-style restaurant.

  • The full Menu: aperitif, amuse, starter, main, dessert, fine wines, coffee, service, lecture, and speakers
  • 3 hours and half of education, fun and gourmet time: 7pm-10:30pm
  • Dive deep into Burgundy’s amazing terroir, savoir-faire, values, and history

Jérôme Aucourt

In memory

For fifteen years, Jérôme Aucourt introduced tens of thousands of people around the world to the wines of Château de Pommard. His passion for Burgundy and his knowledge of wine was limitless. In memory of our friend, colleague, father, husband, and wine advisor, we have established the Jérôme Aucourt Scholarship at our Ècole V Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) professional wine school. Details of the scholarship program will be published soon. Jérôme is survived by his wife Allison, their two young children, his mother, father, and two brothers.
