Behind a ruby color, our Volnay Premier Cru 2014 offers undergrowth and mushroom aromas, along with black fruits. Airing the wine will allow Morello cherry and leather notes to evolve, with roasting touches. A fresh and straight attack on the palate, with still present but melting tanins. A fresh finale proving the complex and rich aromatic persistence of an elegant wine.
