Beaune Premier Cru “Grèves”

Shaped by Stone

Covering more than 3,000 hectares, Beaune is one of the largest Côte de Beaune communes. With no less than 42 Premier Cru climats situated between Savigny-lés-Beaune, in the North, and Pommard, in the South, Beaune’s terrain is comprised of almost totally sloping ground, a quality that gives the Pinot Noir grapes the opportunity to bask in the warmth of the sun whenever it comes out to play. The “Grèves” name arrived from the type of ground the vineyard occupies, a light and particularly stony soil, an ingredient that produces a refined, round and delicate textured wine.

Varietal: Pinot Noir
