The 75 rows of this namesake cuvée give us a wine with an intense ruby color. Its nose reveals aromas of crushed red fruit, such as raspberry and cherry. The palate is powerful and intense, with melted tannins. With its salty, mineral finish, our 75 Rangs 2021 stands out as a refined wine crafted for aging.

The vines producing our 75 Rangs cuvée are planted on soils rich in magnesium, sodium, and potassium. At nearly 60 years old, they produce a Pinot Noir with prominent mineral notes and a trademark saline finish.

Age of Vines Around 60 years

Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes. 100% whole-cluster destemmed. Weeks-long maceration, with pumping-over and punching-down. Pressing in pneumatic press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. No filtration.
