Located on the plain that faces the Clos Marey-Monge, the clay-rich soils of Pommard provide the ideal growing environment for the region's native red grape. We follow the same principles of biodynamic and regenerative agriculture as we use for our Clos Marey-Monge wines to produce our Bourgogne Pinot Noir, a well-balanced and silky wine.

Biodynamic certified (Demeter). Organic certified (AB). Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. Fully destemmed and placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Vertical press. Malolactic fermentation. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. No filtration.
