Chambolle-Musigny 2018
-
A very deep, dark ruby color. The nose is open with an elegant complexity. With notes of black fruit, dried flowers, sandalwood, cinammon and cloves, our Chambolle-Musigny 2018 offers an aromatic symphony. The palate is full-bodied and velvety. The tannins, of a rare finesse, bring a silky structure to the wine. We find in the long finish the aromas and spices that first captivated us on the nose.

Chambolle-Musigny is rooted in the shallow clay and limestone soils on the easterly slopes of the Côte de Nuits, rising between 250 and 300 meters above sea level. Our Pinot Noir produced here is complex with soft tannins and a long finish. Once an adjunct to the Cîteaux Abbey, the vineyard gave its name to the village of Chambolle-Musigny, like 11 other climats throughout Côte d’Or.
