The 75 rows of this eponymous cuvée allow us to craft a Pinot Noir with a deep ruby color and purplish highlights. Its nose is aromatically intense, revealing notes of raspberry, blackberry, and damson plum. On the palate, it is particularly intense and rich, with very present and fresh tannins due to whole-cluster fermentation. The finish is long and full-bodied, enhanced by a delicate saline touch.
The vines producing our 75 Rangs cuvée are planted on soils rich in magnesium, sodium, and potassium. At nearly 60 years old, they produce a Pinot Noir with prominent mineral notes and a trademark saline finish.
Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 32% whole cluster and placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Vertical press. Malolactic fermentation. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration before bottling.
