Crafted as a blend of our different cuvées and aged exclusively in amphora, our Cuvée Amphore 2023 reveals a radiant ruby hue with remarkable depth and brilliance. The nose is lifted and expressive, offering vibrant aromas of cherry and strawberry. On the palate, it unfolds with freshness and pure fruit, carried by a fine tension and supported by soft, seamlessly integrated tannins that lend both balance and structure.
Our Cuvée Amphore embodies the very essence of our terroir. Like our flagship blend, this exceptional wine is shaped by the rich geological diversity of our vineyard. By carefully selecting the most expressive vines within our Clos, we create a rare and refined Pinot Noir, where elegance, depth, and precision meet in perfect harmony. To further enhance its purity, this cuvée is aged in terracotta amphorae, allowing the wine to breathe and evolve while preserving the vibrant expression of its fruit.
Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 5% whole-cluster, placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Vertical press. Malolactic fermentation. Aged in terracotta amphorae. Light filtration before bottling.
