Jeroboam (3L) - With an intense ruby color with violet highlights, our Clos Marey-Monge Nicolas-Joseph 2023 reveals a nose that is first floral, marked by notes of violet and sweet spices, then unfolds aromas of blackberry preserves. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with distinctive and structured tannins, finishing on blackcurrant notes and a subtle spicy touch.

Our Nicolas-Joseph cuvée is produced from vines growing on flat limestone rocks with red clay. We obtain a fleshy, complex Pinot Noir with intense red fruits and sweet, silky tannins.

Appellation Pommard
Age of Vines 20 to 80 years

Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. Fully destemmed and placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Vertical press. Malolactic fermentation. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. No filtration.
