Our hand-harvesting journey began on September 5, as we worked with dedication despite the high temperatures, ensuring our grapes reached their peak ripeness. By September 16, the harvest in Clos Marey-Monge was complete, yielding fruit that struck an ideal balance between sugar and acidity while remaining within our target production range.
