Behind its brilliant ruby hue, our Grands Esprits 2024 reveals an intense and expressive nose, marked by aromas of ripe red and black fruits, complemented by subtle toasted and vanilla notes. The palate is generous and full-bodied, offering excellent depth and flavors of wild strawberry and redcurrant. The structure is harmonious, leading to a long, persistent finish.

Planted between 1970 and 1980, the vines giving birth to our Grands Esprits cuvée grow on rocky, limestone-rich soils. They produce a beautifully linear Pinot Noir with firm tannins and excellent potential for long aging.

Appellation Pommard
Age of Vines 40 to 50 years

Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. Fully destemmed and placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Vertical press. Malolactic fermentation. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration before bottling.
