Our Vivant Micault 2024 displays a beautiful ruby-red color. The nose reveals delicate notes of light toast and hazelnut. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, opening with aromas of small red berries complemented by a touch of crunchy cherry. The wine has a well-defined structure, supported by finely sculpted tannins that lend elegance and precision. Fresh and expressive, this Pommard charms with its long, lingering finish.

The vines producing our cuvée Vivant Micault were originally planted as an English garden. They grow on fine alluvial formations from the Avant-Dheune River and create a fruity Pinot Noir that is particularly enjoyable when young.

Age of Vines Around 30 years

Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 17% whole cluster and placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Vertical press. Malolactic fermentation. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration before bottling.
